• Click on MerchantRating seal at the merchant’s website. This will direct you to the Merchant’s Report.
• Or, search the merchant at our 'Search Merchant' function at the top right of this page or browse our Merchant Directory to find the merchant you would like to rate.
• Click on 'Rate this Merchant' and fill-in the questionaires based on your experience in dealing with this merchant.
• You can also leave text testimonials if you would like to share in details your experiences.
• Click 'Rate Merchant' to submit the feedback to us.
• We will verify the authenticity of the feedback and it will be reflected in the rating of the merchant.
