In the event of disputes and unsatisfactory experiences, we will send correspondences to the merchants and your experiences will be reflected in the merchants current rating. Merchants enrolled at MerchantRating.com are more likely to resolve disputes with their customers. Our members are generally reputable businesses who put customer satisfaction as their top priority.

    2) How does MerchantRating remain unbiased to maintain its integrity?

    All the feedbacks are provided by actual customers. Our staff manually verify all feedbacks that are submitted to ensure that false feedbacks will not be reflected in the rating of our merchants. We do not adjust or manipulate the feedbacks. The Rating reflects the feedbacks provided by the customers.

    Our integrity is the pillar of MerchantRating.com. We are guarding it all the time to make sure that our ratings are accurate.

    3) How does MerchantRating involve in resolving dispute?

    It is in the best interest of all merchants to maintain positive feedbacks and avoid any negative feedbacks. Thus, merchants are motivated to resolve any dispute with their customers than having negative feedbacks posted on them. Although MerchantRating does not directly involve in resolving dispute, upon request, we will initiate dispute inquiry between merchants and customers. Most disputes are resolved in timely manner once we initiated the dispute inquiry.  We also provide guides in resolving dispute including reporting to proper authority if mediation with the merchant failed.
