4) Can we cancel our membership and remove the rating?
Yes, you may cancel the membership and remove the rating. So far, we are yet to receive any membership cancellations. Nevertheless, the option to cancel is there. We will issue you a full membership refund for cancellation within 30 days of enrollment.
5) Is there restriction on any websites to become member of Merchant Rating?
First of all, we do not discriminate. If your business is legitimate, you are eligible to become member of Merchant Rating.
