    1) How is MerchantRating independent and trustworthy enough to maintain ratings and feedbacks of merchants?

    First, we formed a team of management and support staff who have vast experiences in running e-commerce websites. Their years of experiences are used to develop a system which merchants can utilize, and consumers can trust in creating safe and conducive online transactions. We are committed to make sure that the system protects both merchants and consumers. We make sure that the management and staff are independent and the rating system is trustworthy to both the merchants and consumers. Our proprietary system was developed over the years to ensure that the integrity of the system is not compromised. We can assure you that the ratings and feedbacks are fully trusted, secured and safe.

    2) How does MerchantRating help consumers?

     Our aim is to provide safe shopping environment to both consumers and merchants. We provide extensive guidelines on how this can be achieved. Of course, the core of our service is to provide ratings for merchants. These ratings reflect the historical experiences of previous consumers and are used to help future consumers in deciding whether to conduct business with that merchant. 

    Many consumers come to MerchantRating.com daily to search for trustworthy merchants. We also receive many inquiries to recommend merchants for particular products and services.

    3) How does MerchantRating help merchants?

    Over the years, we have come across many new merchants who have great products and services at great prices. However, these merchants find it very hard to be successful in their business venture. Their products are great but their success rate is so low. We want to help these merchants. We found that even though these new merchants have great products, they have zero credibility. Being new, customers do not know them. They might get a few customers but due to limited marketing and promotional budget, their customer base doesn't grow. 

    One of the most effective marketing strategies is word of mouth. Nothing beats hearing endorsement of how great products or services are from previous customers who have purchased them.     5) How does MerchantRating get involved in resolving disputes?

    It is in the best interest of all merchants to maintain positive feedbacks and avoid any negative feedbacks. Thus, merchants are motivated to resolve any dispute with their customers than having negative feedbacks posted on them. MerchantRating does not involve in resolving dispute.
